Flat-roof modular buildings often struggle with standing water, snow load and interior condensation. Our new 6m x 6m pitched-roof quick-assembly container addresses all three by combining a 36 sqm floor plate with a gable roof and integrated drainage, while keeping the flat-packed, bolt-together assembly that made our standard line popular.

Space That Feels Like a Real Building

A 6m by 6m footprint delivers 36 sqm of uninterrupted floor area — roughly two and a half times a standard 20ft container. With a ridge height of 3.2m and an eave height of 2.8m, the pitched roof creates an airy interior that suits canteens, classrooms, clinics and meeting rooms without the low-ceiling feel of a converted box.

Technical Specifications

Assembly Without Heavy Equipment

The kit arrives as numbered wall panels, four corner posts, roof trusses and covering sheets. The sequence is base levelling, corner post erection, wall panel locking, truss installation and roof sheet fixing. All connections are bolted and sealed with EPDM gaskets, so no welding or wet trades are needed. A four-person crew typically closes the building in three to four hours and can then install the supplied electrical and plumbing package.
