Quick-Assembly Container House Builds a 18 Sqm Site Office in Under One Hour, No Welding Required
Quick-Assembly Container House Cuts Site Build Time to Under One Hour
Labour cost and site downtime are two of the biggest headaches in temporary building projects. Our new quick-assembly container house tackles both by replacing welded fabrication with a numbered, bolt-together panel system that two people can erect in under an hour without a crane or welding machine.
How the Quick-Assembly System Works
Every unit is delivered flat: a galvanised steel base frame, four corner columns, wall panels, roof panels and a hardware kit. Each panel carries a laser-printed number that matches the supplied drawing. Assembly follows a simple sequence of base levelling, column fixing, panel insertion and roof locking, with all joints sealed by integrated gaskets.
- Two workers, hand tools only, 45 to 90 minutes for a standard 20ft unit
- No welding, no wet trades, no concrete foundation required
- Panels are interchangeable, so damaged sections can be swapped on site
- Flat-packed volume is roughly one third of an assembled unit, cutting freight cost
- Units can be disassembled, relocated and reused many times over
- Every kit ships with a colour-coded hardware box and a torque-checked bolt set

Material and Performance
Walls and roofs use 50mm to 100mm sandwich panels with EPS, rock wool or PU cores, delivering thermal insulation and a fire rating that meets most export market requirements. The steel frame is hot-dip galvanised and powder coated, with an anti-corrosion life of fifteen years or more in coastal environments. Optional fit-out packages add PVC or laminate flooring, aluminium windows with security grilles, split air-conditioning, electrical distribution boards and sanitary ware.
Typical Use Cases
- Site offices, guard houses and meeting rooms
- Worker dormitories, canteens and changing rooms
- Temporary retail kiosks and ticket booths
- Storage and equipment shelters
Because the design is fully modular, buyers can combine several units into an L-shaped or two-storey complex by sharing columns and stair modules. Our engineers supply a stamped drawing package for permit applications and can pre-install electrical and plumbing services before dispatch. Contact our export team with your required floor area and layout, and we will send a configuration drawing, packing list and container loading plan.
