In a remote mining site in Zambia, far from established infrastructure, the sound of machinery had only just begun to break the silence. The land was raw, undeveloped—but a team was about to move in, and they needed more than just buildings.

They needed a camp that could function from day one.

This marked the beginning of an 85-unit detachable container camp project—designed not simply as housing, but as a complete living and working ecosystem.

From the very start, the focus was not just on quantity, but on how people would live and work together in this environment.

• 60 units were allocated for worker dormitories, carefully arranged for efficiency and high-density living.
• 15 units were designed for staff accommodation, offering a balance between comfort and practicality.
• 10 units were dedicated to management offices, set apart to ensure a quiet and organized working atmosphere.

Each zone serves a purpose, yet all are seamlessly connected—forming a cohesive and fully functional mining camp.

Instead of traditional construction, a faster and more flexible approach was adopted: modular delivery combined with on-site self-installation.

All units were prefabricated in the factory, then transported across borders to the project site. With our technical guidance, the client’s team carried out the installation themselves. Piece by piece, the structures came together—efficiently, precisely, and without unnecessary delays.

What once was an empty site quickly transformed into a fully operational camp.

Lights turned on. Teams moved in. Operations began.
