20ft Expandable Container House with Red Wooden Wall Panels and White Frame

This 20ft expandable container house is supplied in the warm "Red Wooden" panel finish framed by white trim. The decorative wall panels carry a timber grain and knot pattern across the full height of the elevation, while the white corner posts, window surrounds and base rail pick out the edges of the building. The result is a dwelling that blends into a garden or resort setting far more naturally than a plain steel container, and because the finish is a coated steel sandwich panel rather than real timber, it will not need sanding, staining or repainting.

Two large white-framed windows sit either side of a full-height sliding glass door assembly, so the interior receives daylight from front and side. The unit in the photographs is standing on a low concrete slab with a timber-look composite deck laid in front of the entrance — a typical site arrangement where the house is set down, unfolded and immediately usable. Internally the standard configuration arrives with the wall and ceiling panels installed, the floor finished, lighting and electrical wiring pre-installed and the sockets fixed, leaving only furnishing and interior partitions to the buyer's own plan.

Structurally the house uses the same proven 20ft folding platform as the rest of our range: a Q235 hot-dip galvanized steel chassis with bolted, weld-free connections. Unfolded, it provides 38.2 m² of usable floor area from a 5900 × 6480 × 2480 mm envelope and stands 2480 mm high inside. Folded for transport it returns to a 5900 × 2200 × 2480 mm footprint, and two complete sets load into one 40HQ container. Every unit is assembled, fitted and checked at the Global House (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. plant in Zhenze Town, Suzhou, Jiangsu before shipment.
