Product Overview
This 20ft expandable container house is finished in a warm wood-grain panel — a bamboo-like vertical grain that gives the elevation the look of a small timber pavilion — held inside a white structural frame with white window and door leaves. The glazed frontage is built around a large sliding glass door, so the unit opens straight onto a deck or terrace and the interior stays lit through most of the day.
The photographed configuration is delivered with its wet room already installed: grey marble-effect wall panels, a grey vanity cabinet with a mirrored wall unit, a black-framed glass shower enclosure with shower column, and a WC. An extractor vent and floor drain are in place. In the living area the shell is finished rather than bare — sandwich-panel walls and ceiling, wear-resistant PVC floor leather, internal doors and a glazed door set, with electrical wiring, sockets and switches pre-installed to the specification your local certification requires.
Every unit is manufactured by Global House (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. from a Q235 hot-dip galvanized steel frame. Folded down the 20ft model occupies only 5,900 × 2,200 × 2,480 mm, so two complete houses load into a single 40HQ container; unfolded it delivers 38.2 m² of floor area.
