F700 Expandable Container House: 700 mm Folded Width, 27.6 m² Living Space

The F700 is an expandable container house engineered around one number: the unit folds down to a 700 mm transport width while still opening into a 5800 x 4760 mm living footprint of 27.6 m². That ratio is what makes the model interesting for exporters, distributors and project buyers who pay by the container slot rather than by the square metre.

Folded, the F700 measures just L5800 x W700 x H2480 mm and weighs 1,900 kg. Opened, the exterior is L5800 x W4760 x H2480 mm with an interior of L5480 x W4590 x H2240 mm, which gives a usable room of about 25.2 m² inside — enough for a studio unit, a small office, a clinic room or a resort cabin with an internal bathroom.

Why the F700 Folds Flat

The side walls rotate on a galvanized thickening hinge system, so the unit expands and folds without a separate hydraulic plant and without dismantling panels on site. The frame does the work: bottom and top main frames are built from Q235 galvanized square tube in 80x100x2.5 mm, 80x40x3.0 mm, 130x100x3.0 mm and 80x80x2.5 mm sections, with 210x150x3.0 mm galvanized columns and P-shaped 80x40 members on the top and side frames.
