This project showcases a detachable container house repurposed as a practical, durable garage for vehicle storage and protection. Measuring 5950 * 3000 * 2800mm and mounted on a pre-cast concrete slab provided by the customer, the unit is assembled from a galvanized steel structural system with EPS sandwich wall panels, a manual roller shutter, a security window and a steel loading ramp for smooth vehicle access.

Main Frame & Structure

The structural skeleton is fabricated from 2.3mm galvanized steel with a dark-grey powder coating for long-lasting corrosion resistance. Eight 3.5mm galvanized baked-paint steel corner fittings ensure rigid, precise connections, while 1.0mm galvanized not-flipped pressure grooves serve as the connector components for a stable, detachable assembly that can be repeatedly installed and relocated.

Roof, Ceiling & Wall System

The roof and ceiling use 980-type corrugated steel tiles (0.43mm) with six sheets each, supported by an internal frame of 50*50 / 60*40 / 80*40 galvanized square pipes. Walls are built from 50mm EPS sandwich panels with 0.3mm wood-grain color steel faces (16 blocks), finished with 40*40mm color steel corner decoration lines for a clean, neat appearance.

Floor & Foundation System

This model utilises a foundation-mounted ground connection with 1.5mm welding plates and no integrated floor. It requires a pre-cast concrete slab provided by the customer, giving the garage a solid, level base ideal for vehicle loads while keeping the structure lightweight and cost-efficient.

Access, Security & Accessories

• Roller door: 2480 * 2800mm manual color steel roller shutter, providing wide, open vehicle access.
• Window: standard plastic-steel security window for ventilation and protection.
• Misc. hardware: bolts, structural glue, sealing strips and expansion screws for a complete, ready-to-assemble kit.
• Loading ramp: one steel loading ramp supplied for convenient vehicle access.
