EDIFICA 2026 Opens Tomorrow: A Visitor Guide to Espacio Riesco and Stand 1-L12

Santiago, Chile. EDIFICA 2026 opens tomorrow at Espacio Riesco, Santiago, and runs from 20 to 22 October. How the stand is laid out

Stand 1-L12 is organised around three use cases: living and camps (detachable and expandable units), site and office (office modules, sanitary units) and commercial and leisure (luxury cabins, outdoor kitchen). If your time at the fair is limited, head straight for the zone that matches your project and leave the rest for a second pass.

What is on display

• Detachable and flat-pack units: shipped flat, assembled on site, lowest freight cost per unit — built for workforce camps and site accommodation.
• Expandable container houses: both wings open on site and the floor area multiplies within minutes, with no wet trades.
• Folding containers (X and Z type): fold for transport, unfold on site — suited to projects that relocate often.
• Luxury cabins and outdoor kitchens: hospitality and commercial outdoor use, with a hydraulic fold-out canopy version and a roll-up shutter version.

What to bring to the meeting

• A floor plan or sketch — dimensions, number of rooms, functional zones
• The project location and climate (coastal, high altitude, mining site, cold south)
• Estimated quantity and required first delivery date
• Whether air conditioning, sanitary fittings and full electrical fit-out are needed

With those four items on the table, a configuration and an indicative price range can be put together during the meeting instead of after several rounds of email.
