The Challenge

The client needed a comprehensive worker camp that included dormitories, dining halls, ablution blocks, and management offices. The remote location meant that harsh weather conditions and limited on-site machinery were major obstacles. The housing units needed to be durable, well-insulated, and extremely easy to assemble.

The Modular Solution

Our engineering team proposed a hybrid solution utilizing our heavy-duty modular container units. By standardizing the dimensions, we maximized the efficiency of the production line.

• Rapid Manufacturing: Leveraging our advanced production facility, we managed to fabricate the structural steel, sandwich panels, and interior fittings within a highly compressed timeframe.
• Quality Assurance: Every single frame underwent strict load-bearing and anti-corrosion tests to ensure it could withstand the harsh mining environment.
• Logistics & Shipping: Shipping 10,000 tons of building materials requires meticulous planning. By optimizing the packing strategy, we loaded the units densely into shipping containers, saving the client tens of thousands of dollars in sea freight.

The Result

The entire 12,500 sqm camp was successfully shipped and rapidly deployed on-site. Because the electrical and plumbing systems were largely pre-configured in our factory, the on-site contractors reduced their installation time by over 40% compared to traditional builds.
